It briefly appeared during Russia Today's interview with former child soldier Emmanuel Jal, featured on-screen while the camera moved across the studio floor, at approximately the 5:48 mark in the video. A link to the segment is here.

The image was one of several promotional screenshots released by Konami earlier this year to advertise for The Phantom Pain, and was most likely mistaken for an actual photograph by the segment's producers.
