tbh, if your talking about R-18 rpg games, the only question is whether you understand english or not, if you are not, learn to use transtool. As for the games, i can recommend some.
1. battle goddess zero
2. kamidori
3. toushin toushi 3

there are many more good rpg out there, but therse are the one i can recommend you atm.

oh you mean.. female vision...
i see what you mean... they release all day on dlsite.. just can't play it all... too much game..
this some what i play

[ゾンビゾーン・ガンスイーパ] < no time to play it because zombie
[ココアちゃんフィーバー] < this one is funny
[ラメントエロイコ] < i don't play much
[othErs] < this one is fun because so much trap... mean the real trap not that trap
