Above all, make sure you have your PSP official firmware 5.03 and installed the files to start the chickHEN 5.03 R2 Davee.
首先确定固件为官方 5.03，且安装 Chckhen 5.03 R2 Davee

安装前禁用所有插件，主题换回默认，正确选择 psp 型号，输入psp所在盘符时不能带“：”（如 psp 在G盘，输入 G，而不是 G:）

对于2000v3已经使用 cfwloader 的用户，请继续使用 cfwloader（cfwloader 1.0 除外），否则可能造成无法启动程序



Custom Firmware 5.03GEN for HEN-A can not brick your console during the installation. Understand that the Custom Firmware 5.03GEN for HEN-A adds the files it needs but does not those of the official firmware 5.03.
For against, once installed, as it is a Custom Firmware, you have access to the flash0 of your console. Note that on a PSP-3000 (or PSP-2000 v3), DO NOT TOUCH THE FLASH0 since editing a file of official firmware 5.03 resulted in a brick IRREPARABLE. Do not be stupid and do not touch the Flash0 your PSP-3000 and PSP-2000V3.

CF503GEN-A 安装时不会使机子变砖，它只添加它所需的文件，而并不是覆盖官方5.03系统文件。

Rules: 方法
01. Connect your PSP to the computer in USB Mode when you have loaded ChickHEN R2.
通过 usb 连接 psp 至电脑（在 Chickhen R2 下）

02. Unzip 5.03GEN-A_for_HEN.zip on your desktop by example
解压 5.03GEN-A_for_HEN.zip 到桌面（比方说）


03. double-click on LAUNCH-ME.exe (GUI)
双击 LAUNCH-ME.exe (GUI)

04.PSP Model : choose options PSP-2000 or PSP-3000 (depends of your PSP)
psp 模式选择 psp2000 或 psp3000 （取决于你的 psp）

05.Mode : Choose option FULL
模式选择 完全

06.PSP Install : Choose option YES
psp 安装 选择 是

07. push START.
按下 start 开始

08.the files are copied on your PSP.
文件拷贝至psp

09. Disconnect the PSP from USB.
断开 usb

10. Launch the main EBOOT.PBP using ChickHEN R2 (only R2! NOT R1!).
在 chickhen R2 （仅R2，非R1）下运行主程序

11. When the app load, press L or R to flash the firmware in your flash. YOU ONLY NEED MAKE IT ONE TIME!
程序载入后，按 L 或 R 刷写固件。只需刷写一次。

12. Press () to reboot in the custom firmware.
按 O 重启进入自制固件

NOTES:
注意：

- When you installed the custom firmware in your flash you can remove the "files" folder in the MS ROOT.
  For your own safety, is better that you rename or erase the prx called "flasher.prx" in the MAIN APP folder to
  avoid wrong flash times.
安装完毕后可将记忆棒上的 files 文件夹移除。为了安全起见，重命名或删除主程序文件夹下的 “flasher.prx“

- If you shutdown the machine or the psp crash, you will need use again ChickHEN R2 to load the main app and press O to reboot in the custom firmware, but if you dont shutdown the machine you are in the custom firmware forever.
如果关机或死机，需要重新破解 chickhen R2 并运行主程序按 O 重启进入自制固件，只是待机的话就没有必要再破解一次了。

BUGS:
已知问题：

- In recovery mode after the option "Configuration" the option selected is the next option. For example, Advanced is
  CPU Speed, etc. This is a problem with the original recovery, because I dont have the code is very difficult find the problem.
在恢复模式下，配置选项的设定为下一选项。例如，高级是 cpu speed 等等。此问题是原恢复模式的问题，我没有其代码所以解决这个问题有点困难。

REMEMBER! THIS APP DONT TOUCH ANY FILE FROM THE ORIGINAL FIRMWARE! IS YOUR FAULT IF YOU LATER CONNECT TO THE FLASH0 AND TOUCH SOME OFFICIAL FILE AND YOU HAVE A BRICK!
DONT TOUCH THEM AND NOT FLASH ANY CUSTOM THEME!
记住，此程序不碰任何原始固件文件，一旦你连接 F0 碰了一些官方文件导致变砖那是你的责任！
千万不要碰 F0，不要刷写任何自制主题！！！

Installation:

Download Custom Firmware archivedu-A for 5.03GEN HEN

Unzip the archive on your desktop (or elsewhere)

解压至桌面（或其他地方）
Connect your PSP to your PC via USB cable

连接 usb
Turn your PSP into USB mode and note the letter assigned to the console by the system.

将 psp 转入 usb 模式，并确认盘符
Go to the directory created on your desktop and click-LAUNCH ME.exe

进入第二步解压后的文件夹并运行 launchme.exe
The program window opens and offers options to select:

程序界面如下：


PSP Model: Choose between PSP-2000 or PSP-3000 model according to your PSP /psp 型号：取决于你的 psp 型号
Do not get confused! /别弄错了
Mode: Choose FULL /模式：选择 [full]
The other option has no interest yet. /另一个选项暂时没用
PSP Install: Choose YES /安装到 psp：选择 yes
NO option has no value yet.
PSP Drive Unit: Put here the letter assigned by the system to your PSP. Do not ":" but just the letter (in our example, the PSP is recognized G)
psp 的盘符：在此输入你系统上 psp 的盘符（不要带 “：”）



Click on START and the files will be patched and copied to the Memory Stick.

按 start 后文件将被补丁及复制到记忆棒


Once the files are copied, disconnect your PSP and exit the USB mode.

复制完毕后断开连接
On your PSP, go to GAME> MEMORY STICK> INSTALL-LOADER

然后进入 game -memory stick -install-loader

Press O, and our installation / launch starts.

按 O 运行程序（废话）
Once the application launched, you have several choices:

程序运行后有如下几个选项：

△  if you want to leave without doing anything. /△ 啥都不敢（OS：转为那些谨慎之人准备）
L  or R flash your console (it must do so first) / L 或 R 刷写（第一次必做）
O  to launch the Custom Firmware (only if you have already flashed the files) /O 运行自制固件（第一次刷写之后才可运行）
In our case, the first installation, you must press L or R. The files flashent in your console. THERE IS NO RISK OF BRICK IN THE OPERATION.

第一次必须刷写，此操作没有变砖的危险。


Then press O to launch the Custom Firmware

按 O 运行自制固件

PSP reboot and you're in Custom Firmware 5.03GEN-A for HEN

psp 重启并进入自制固件 5.03gen-a

You stay in as a Custom Firmware PSP will not be completely extinguished.
