恋踏与个人电脑问题

存在崩塌

恋踏的运行要求为转区，但是我的XP里区域与语言中完全没有日语 有什么除了装完美系统外的方法么
另外 app与NT是否可行

I remembered some nerd made a small program to fix that problem,just install and run it then run the game and voila---fixed..
the biggest problem is,I forgot the name of that program.
