I just want to comment on the cultural difference between Japan and greater China:

Japanese: Restrictions on violence is quite strict, as you see from Higurashi and Nice boat event, but there is almost no restriction on sex (because AV is a major business iin Japan?)

Greater China: Restrictions on sex is extremely strict; however, it seems there is less restrictions in violence (Maybe this is a major reason why Hong Kong comics mainly fouses on fighting...)
