Night live is what usually sets apart between west and east.
East have a lively night markets where west usually go to pub/bar, etc.

I don't think its about personalities...I think its how they grew up or how they adapt their surroundings on how to communicate to others. Most people who have a personality of quiet or shy they can freely speak their mind.
