Well, there's not that many English user here is there? And if there is, it would be one of those users who come and post random stuff like the one on top ^ ... (no offence to baitu).

You know and I know what they (we) are here for so there's not much here talk about. Besides, this forum ins't a forum for the English speakers, it only has an English section, so don't expect much talking in English.

You can see this forum as to ask faqs rather than discussion forum because there is simply not enough english community around here.
However, if you are able to under the Chinese words through translation etc, i presume you are welcome to do any discussion in all chinese forum, though it's a pain in the ass to do discussion that way.
That's the easiest way for you to get to the post count required to look into the "hidden" forum by the way.
