Crossover with schooldays? Their personality seems not match with the characters in Kanon very well. But this still seems to be a great idea for such ending in anime for kuso purpose.

Back to the main topic, I think there should be some counter attack (otherwise why there are 24 chapters instead of 21/22)? But I have already give up with other ending other than Ayu. If you want to know the ending, just go for the original anime version.
