You do not need an account to download from pan.baidu.com. The download speed is quite slow outside mainland China. I use IDM and "百度网盘直接下载助手" (https://greasyfork.org/zh-CN/scripts/23635-百度网盘直接下载助手) as a workaround. The download speed is around 300K ~ 8M / second, not very stable, but perfectly acceptable for most resources that you want to download.
