It can only be unlocked by moderators and administrators.
And there must be some reasons for them to lock it. Maybe it's outdated.

By the way, if you want to make some friends, you can introduce yourself here.

Let me apologize for my false speculation -- I was mistaken!

It seems the real reason of it being locked is that any of the threads in this subforum will be automatically locked after 45 days since its last reply, just as Lanfebit said in FAQ.
Therefore there's a posibility that he will unlock it for you if you ask him.


And, just make sure you understand if your postcounts is still less than 10 by the date 30 days after your registration, your user account will be automatically deleted.
You wouldn't want a tragedy like that to happen, would you?
